Termination of the partnership between the customer and the electronic payment operator responsible for the operation and development of services to end customers.
The customer takes over the services it has outsourced for three years: reversibility.
Reversibility concerns all IT areas (hosting, machines and servers, systems, network, telecommunications, databases, applications, operation, backup, supervision, monitoring, reporting, TMA) and the payment and electronic money business.
CTS has been involved in the management of reversibility projects by coordinating actions in-situ and with external players with critical deadlines, complex environments and costs
CTS also provides change management within the client, which is undergoing reorganization, so that projects are completed on time without exceeding the budget and with a satisfactory quality of service.

The BUILD phase has begun: network migration of the platform from one operator to another.
The entire architecture is in production.
