GSM/Internet ONAIR system installation on Boeing 777-300ER aircraft in a airline’s fleet.
Achievement
CTS was involved in the engineering part of the modification to design a system installation study. It was necessary to provide for :
- The integration of new circuit breakers for the system inside the P210,
- Define the system wiring according to the manufacturer’s data and the aircraft documentation,
- Define the routes where to run the wiring,
- Create a new shelf to install the new system,
- Design of definition and installation drawings for the electrical and mechanical systems,
- Making of the job cards for the service bulletin.
Work environment

The making of the job cards was done with WORD.

The definition and installation drawings were made in AUTOCAD and SOLIDWORKS.
Results
During the period of this project, CTS was able to be reactive to meet the short required deadlines and take into account last-minute changes so that our client could deliver a quality job to the airline.
