Customer Support Aeronautics & space
- Follow-up and management of an OEM of an aircraft manufacturer.
- Participate in takeovers at the end of a leasing contract.
- Delivering the aircraft at the time of a sale or a new leasing contract.
CTS was therefore involved in aeronautical maintenance engineering and the preparation of the takeover file by tracing the history of the aircraft. We went to the company’s site to carry out a complete audit of the aircraft’s maintenance based on local and European regulations as well as contractual conditions. Based on the results of the audit, the customer is asked to rectify the open points and the result is passed on to the sales department, which applies the necessary penalties.
The next step is to prepare the aircraft for its next delivery. Again based on new commercial conditions, the engineer defines the maintenance to be carried out and will initiate the corrective actions that have not been closed during the recovery. The time offered may vary depending on the maintenance to be carried out.
During the delivery phase, the engineer accompanies the customer for the delivery phase and answers the customer’s questions about the maintenance performed. He can also make decisions about starting work or act as an interface between the sales department and the customer. The time frame depends on the goodwill of the customer. This stage requires the engineer to be completely available.
These steps require technical and relational qualities (knowing that each party defends its interests, which can lead to certain tensions in the long term)

4 aircraft were “taken over” and delivered in the same year with total autonomy in an unstable commercial context. A fifth aircraft was delivered under pressure to satisfy a customer who had just signed a major contract.
Today, CTS is a recognized partner in these fields, and other clients have called on its transversal aeronautical skills both in France and abroad.
